🛡️ Safe Firearm Storage – Important Information
Texas law requires schools to share information about the safe storage of firearms to help prevent tragedies and promote safety.
🔐 Key reminders:
• Store firearms unloaded in a locked container
• Keep ammunition separate
• Criminal penalties apply for unsecured firearms accessible to children

📅 Attendance Awareness Month – Thank You!
Thank you for helping us kick off Attendance Awareness Month with an amazing Spirit Week!
We loved seeing everyone show up each day with energy, creativity, and school pride.

Reminders & Expectations
We need your help reinforcing a few important expectations to support a safe and respectful learning environment:
• Student ID Badges: Students must wear their ID every day. If a student has lost their ID or hasn’t received one due to being new, they should visit Student Services for assistance.
• Electronics Policy: All cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off and put away during the school day—no exceptions.
• Conflict Resolution: If students need help resolving a conflict, they should seek support from a teacher, counselor, or administrator. Horseplay, physical altercations, or verbal conflicts are not acceptable.
• Dress Code:
o No rips or tears above the knee
o Shorts must be at or below the knee
